• "User," "You," "Your" refers to any individual, entity, or organization that accesses, browses, or uses this Website or our services.
• "Website" refers to excelfinvest.com and all its sub-pages, content, and functionality.
• "Services" refers to all loan advisory, loan distribution, loan processing assistance, financial consultation, and related services offered by Excel Finvest.
• "Lending Partner(s)" refers to banks, non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), housing finance companies (HFCs), and other regulated financial institutions whose loan products we facilitate.
• "Loan Products" refers to any home loan, business loan, personal loan, education loan, loan against property, home loan transfer, or any other credit facility offered by our Lending Partners.

2. Nature of Services

• Excel Finvest acts solely as an intermediary and facilitator between borrowers and Lending Partners. We assist users in identifying, comparing, and applying for Loan Products offered by third-party Lending Partners.
• All Loan Products are solely offered, sanctioned, processed, and disbursed by the respective Lending Partners in accordance with their own terms, conditions, policies, and applicable regulatory guidelines.
• We do not guarantee, warrant, or assure the approval, sanction, or disbursement of any Loan Product. The final decision on any loan application rests exclusively with the Lending Partner.
• Any information about interest rates, loan amounts, tenures, processing fees, or other loan terms mentioned on this Website is indicative only, subject to change without prior notice, and governed entirely by the Lending Partner's policies.
• We are not responsible for any decisions made by Lending Partners regarding your loan application, including but not limited to rejection, delay, modification of terms, or any other outcome.

3. No Financial Advice

• The information provided on this Website and through our Services is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, or any other form of professional advice.
• Nothing on this Website should be construed as a recommendation, endorsement, or solicitation to avail any specific Loan Product or engage with any specific Lending Partner.
• You are strongly advised to exercise your own independent judgment and seek advice from qualified financial advisors, chartered accountants, tax professionals, and/or legal counsel before making any financial decisions or entering into any loan agreements.
• Excel Finvest and its proprietor, employees, agents, and representatives shall not be held responsible for any financial decisions you make based on information obtained from this Website or our Services.

4. Eligibility & User Obligations

• You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of India to use our Services.
• You represent and warrant that all information, documents, and data you provide to us are true, accurate, complete, and not misleading.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials, reference numbers, or communication details provided during the loan process.
• You agree not to provide any false, fraudulent, fabricated, or forged documents or information. Any such act shall be solely your responsibility and may expose you to criminal prosecution under applicable Indian laws.
• You understand and acknowledge that providing false information to Lending Partners through our platform may result in rejection of your application, blacklisting, legal action by the Lending Partner, and/or reporting to credit bureaus.

5. Information Accuracy & Interest Rates

• While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information on this Website, we do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that any information, including but not limited to interest rates, EMI calculations, eligibility criteria, processing fees, loan amounts, or tenure options, is accurate, complete, current, or error-free.
• Interest rates displayed on this Website are indicative and illustrative only. Actual rates are determined by Lending Partners based on your credit profile, income, property valuation, and other factors. Rates are subject to change at the sole discretion of Lending Partners without prior notice.
• EMI calculations, loan eligibility estimates, or any other computations provided on this Website are approximate and for reference purposes only. They do not constitute any commitment, offer, or guarantee.
• We shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense arising from reliance on any information displayed on this Website.

6. Fees & Charges

• Excel Finvest may charge a service fee or processing facilitation fee for its advisory and distribution services. Any such fees will be communicated to you in advance.
• Lending Partners may independently charge processing fees, documentation charges, valuation fees, insurance premiums, prepayment/foreclosure charges, and other fees. These charges are governed entirely by the Lending Partner's terms and policies.
• Excel Finvest is not responsible for any fees, charges, penalties, or costs levied by Lending Partners.
• Any amounts paid to Excel Finvest as service fees are non-refundable once the service has been rendered, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Third-Party Relationships

• This Website may contain references to, or logos of, third-party Lending Partners, banks, and financial institutions. The inclusion of any third-party name, logo, or reference does not imply endorsement, partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship unless expressly stated.
• Excel Finvest facilitates connections with Lending Partners but has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, policies, terms, practices, or operations of any Lending Partner.
• Any agreement you enter into with a Lending Partner is solely between you and the Lending Partner. Excel Finvest is not a party to any such agreement and shall bear no liability arising from or relating to such agreement.
• We do not guarantee the performance, solvency, regulatory compliance, or conduct of any Lending Partner.

8. Limitation of Liability

This includes, without limitation, damages for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings
• Any rejection, delay, or modification of your loan application by any Lending Partner
• Any actions, omissions, errors, negligence, or misconduct of any Lending Partner or their agents
• Any interest rate changes, fee modifications, or term alterations by Lending Partners
• Any unauthorized access to, alteration of, or disclosure of your personal information or data by third parties
• Any failure or delay in disbursement of loan funds by Lending Partners
• Any loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, this Website or our Services
• Any inaccuracy, error, or omission in the information provided on this Website
• Any technical failures, interruptions, viruses, or errors on this Website
• Any third-party claims arising from your use of our Services or any Loan Product
• Any decision made by you in reliance on information from this Website or our Services
• Any tax implications or regulatory consequences arising from availing a Loan Product

In any event, the total aggregate liability of Excel Finvest for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount of service fees actually paid by you to Excel Finvest in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or INR 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand Only), whichever is lower.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Excel Finvest, its proprietor Shibu Daniel, employees, agents, representatives, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and court costs) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use or misuse of this Website or our Services
• Your breach of these Terms & Conditions
• Any information, documents, or data provided by you that is false, inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading
• Your violation of any applicable laws, rules, or regulations
• Any dispute between you and any Lending Partner
• Any third-party claims arising from your actions or omissions
• Your failure to comply with the terms of any loan agreement with a Lending Partner

10. No Guarantee of Results

• Excel Finvest makes no guarantee, warranty, or representation that your loan application will be approved, processed within any specific timeframe, or that you will receive any specific interest rate or loan amount.
• Any case studies, testimonials, success stories, or examples mentioned on this Website represent individual experiences and do not guarantee similar outcomes for other users. Results vary based on individual credit profiles, income, market conditions, and Lending Partner policies.
• Past performance, historical rates, or previously processed applications are not indicative of future results.

11. Intellectual Property

• All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, design elements, software, and code, is the property of Excel Finvest and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
• Third-party logos and trademarks displayed on this Website (including Lending Partner logos) are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or use any content from this Website without prior written consent from Excel Finvest.

12. Website Availability & Security

• We do not guarantee that this Website will be available uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components at all times.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of this Website or our Services at any time without prior notice.
• While we implement reasonable security measures, we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted through this Website. You transmit information at your own risk.

13. Modification of Terms

Excel Finvest reserves the right to modify, amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The revised terms will be effective immediately upon posting on this Website. Your continued use of the Website or Services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate, suspend, or restrict your access to this Website and/or our Services at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or liability. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to remain in effect, including but not limited to limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law provisions.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, and you hereby consent to and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
• You irrevocably waive any objection to the venue or jurisdiction of such courts, including on the grounds of forum non conveniens.
• Before initiating any legal proceedings, the parties shall attempt to resolve disputes amicably through negotiation for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of written notice of the dispute.
• If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended). The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed mutually by the parties, in the English language, with the seat of arbitration in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Excel Finvest with respect to your use of this Website and our Services, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral.

18. Waiver

No failure or delay by Excel Finvest in exercising any right, power, or remedy under these Terms shall operate as a waiver thereof. No single or partial exercise of any right shall preclude any further exercise of the same or any other right.

19. Force Majeure

Excel Finvest shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, government orders, regulatory changes, strikes, lockouts, civil unrest, cyber-attacks, internet or telecom failures, power outages, acts of God, or any other force majeure event.
